Individual Art Therapy for Children

Children often express their inner world through images long before they can find the right words.
In these sessions, we explore feelings, experiences, and challenges through art-making, movement, storytelling, and play.
This space supports children who experience:

  • Big emotions and frustration

  • Grief or loss

  • Anxiety or fears

  • Social difficulties

  • Identity questions

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism

  • Trouble expressing needs or boundaries

Every process is adapted to the child’s pace and personality.
